I don’t think I’m going to post every day, but on the days I do post, I will probably follow this schedule:  

Primal Mondays:  Follows my progress on the Primal Blueprint (see MarksDailyApple.com). 

Literary Tuesdays: 

Beautiful Wednesdays:  Because I heard on the radio that women feel their oldest and ugliest at 3 p.m. Wednesdays. 

Green Thursdays: 

Political Fridays:  

And Philosophical Saturdays.  

I’m pretty sure there will always be something here Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, and Mondays will always have a picture, to document progress (or lack thereof).
